HOW DOES OUR RESIDENTIAL WINDOW CLEANING PRICING WORK?

Every home is unique, and we bid every client accordingly. We bid all residential clients with a per pane price that varies based on how large or small the pane of glass is, and then add it all up for a final price plus or minus any applicable discounts or upcharges as needed.

HOW DOES OUR COMMERCIAL WINDOW CLEANING PRICING WORK?

Similar to residential work, every business is unique and we take all factors into account when quoting a commercial job. Typically the larger your glass and the taller your building, the more expensive it will be.

HOW DOES YOUR HOUSECLEANING PRICING WORK?

We price our housecleaning services with a range based on how long we think based on our assessment that the job will take, multiplied by the hourly rate we charge. We like to underpromise and over deliver, and as such our final price point typically lands in the middle of our price estimate spread we quote you so we always stay within your budget! 

WHAT CLEANING PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

No matter what kind of cleaning service you choose we always use environmentally friendly surfactants and cleansers wherever possible. We strongly believe in taking care of both your families health and the planets, which is why we are committed to using clean, non toxic and biodegradable cleaners.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLEANING PLAN; CAN I CANCEL WITH NO PENALTY?

Absolutely! We do not require binding contracts when you commit to one of our window or housecleaning plans, so you are welcome to stop and restart your plan at any time with no strings attached.

ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?

Yes we are, with adequate coverages and licensing for any job we may get called upon to service. We are full insured and licensed to service any and all residential or commercial clients, and we can provide a COI and W9 to any client that requires it.

I GOT A QUOTE FOR CHEAPER; DO YOU PRICE MATCH? 

We do not price match and we have a very important reason why; our workmanship and our people. As a company, we know that we do the best work in the state and our results speak for themselves, but we also firmly believe that everyone who works with us deserves to be paid enough to not just put food on their families table but to also have a blessed and abundant life. We pay everyone who works with us according to our company vision of “pay it forward, and bless others the way that we ourselves have been blessed.”
